tartiflette = french speciality from the alps, made of potatoes, tons of local cheese, oignons, lardons (small slices of fat bacon) and cream. As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same.
